Who these terms apply to

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors and users of wonderwithweb.com (the "Website") and to all customers who purchase products or services from WonderWithWeb.

WonderWithWeb is operated by Webina Tangoan, ABN 73773865399, based in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Website, signing up for any email list, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase any products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

Our products and services

WonderWithWeb currently offers the following products and services:

We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time. Prices may change — but any change will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

Purchasing — payment and delivery

• ✦ Payment: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• ✦ Digital product delivery: After a successful purchase, you will receive an email with your download link within 5 minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder first, then email us at admin@wonderwithweb.com.
• ✦ Download links: Download links are valid for 7 days and allow up to 5 downloads. If your link expires before you can download your product, email us and we will send a new one — no questions asked.
• ✦ Currency: All transactions are processed in AUD. If you are purchasing from outside Australia, your bank or card provider may charge a foreign transaction fee. We have no control over this.
• ✦ GST: WonderWithWeb will register for GST when revenue exceeds the Australian threshold of $75,000 AUD per year. Until then, prices shown are the total price — no GST is added.

Refund policy — digital products

Because the Before 40 Blueprint is a digital product that is immediately accessible upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once the download link has been accessed.

This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if a product has a major fault or is not fit for purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.

Coaching — specific terms

• ✦ Payment: The full coaching fee of $197 AUD is due before sessions begin. We do not hold spots without payment. Payment plans are available — email us to discuss.
• ✦ Cancellation and rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Life happens — if you have an emergency, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• ✦ Coaching refunds: If you have paid for coaching but have not started your sessions, we will provide a full refund. Once sessions have begun, we will refund remaining unused sessions on a pro-rata basis if you choose to discontinue, minus a $30 AUD administration fee.
• ✦ Session recordings: Sessions may be recorded for your personal use only, with your explicit prior consent. Recordings will be shared with you via a private link. We will not share recordings with any third party.
• ✦ Confidentiality: Everything shared in a coaching session is strictly confidential. We will not share the content of sessions with anyone. The only exception is if we believe you are in immediate danger, in which case we may be required to act in your best interests.
• ✦ Expiry: Your 4 coaching sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase. Sessions not used within 6 months are forfeited without refund.
• ✦ Nature of coaching: Purpose coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychology, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or Lifeline on 13 11 14. WonderWithWeb coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health support.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the Before 40 Blueprint workbook, all written content, reflection prompts, blog posts, email content, graphics, and the WonderWithWeb brand — is the original work of Webina Tangoan and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action. If you are unsure whether a specific use is permitted, email us first — we are usually happy to say yes to reasonable requests.

Disclaimer — coaching is not therapy

• ✦ Webina Tangoan is a purpose coach — not a psychologist, counsellor, therapist, or medical professional.
• ✦ The content of the workbook and coaching sessions is intended to support personal reflection and growth. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
• ✦ If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, depression, suicidal thoughts, or any mental health condition requiring treatment, please contact a qualified professional. In Australia, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636.
• ✦ Results from coaching and the workbook vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. What we do guarantee is that we show up honestly and give you our best.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, WonderWithWeb and Webina Tangoan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, products, or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Website use

By using this website you agree to:

• ✦ Use the website only for lawful purposes.
• ✦ Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its server.
• ✦ Not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• ✦ Not use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the website without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these terms.

Email communications

• ✦ Consent: By signing up for our email list, you consent to receive the free journal and our weekly reflection email. We comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003.
• ✦ Unsubscribing: Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly at admin@wonderwithweb.com to be removed from our list.
• ✦ Transactional emails: Purchase receipts and download links are transactional — they are not marketing and cannot be opted out of as they contain information you need to access your purchase.

Third-party links

The WonderWithWeb website may contain links to third-party websites including Instagram, Pinterest, MailerLite, Stripe, Zoom, and other resources we recommend. These links are provided for your convenience only.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. Visiting a third-party website is entirely at your own risk. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policy of any website you visit.

Testimonials shown on this website are from real customers and reflect their individual experience. Individual results from using our products or services will vary. Testimonials are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.

We do not make any guarantees about specific results from the workbook or coaching. What we do guarantee is that we deliver what we say we will deliver — honestly and with care.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be notified to our email subscribers.

By continuing to use the website or our products after any changes, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the website and contact us to discuss any active orders.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of WonderWithWeb products and services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, we ask that you contact us directly at admin@wonderwithweb.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. In our experience, a direct conversation resolves almost everything.

For consumer disputes, you may also contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au or your state consumer protection agency.
